Job Title: Sr. Specialist, Marketing Operations – Workfront Administrator


Experience: 8-10 years (with minimum 3 years of Workfront Experience)


Location: Gurugram


Position type: Full time


Timing: 1pm – 10pm (IST)


What this job involves:


As a Sr. Specialist, Marketing Operations – Workfront Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Adobe Workfront platform. You will ensure smooth operation by managing user access, designing workflows, creating custom forms, generating reports, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated on system releases to align with business needs. You will act as the primary technical expert for all Workfront-related operations within the company.


Key Responsibilities:


System Configuration and Customization


  • Set up Workfront project templates, programs, portfolios, custom forms, and approval processes
  • Design and implement custom fields, views, and reporting dashboards
  • Manage user permissions and access levels to ensure data security

Workflow Management


  • Build automated workflows within Workfront to streamline processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements based on user feedback and business requirements

Data Management and Reporting


  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for project performance insights
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

System Maintenance and Updates


  • Monitor system performance and address potential issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workfront releases and implement new features as needed
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve user queries related to Workfront

Stakeholder Collaboration


  • Work closely with different departments to understand their project needs
  • Gather requirements from users and translate them into functional Workfront configurations

Training and Documentation


  • Develop and maintain user guides and training materials
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing users

  • 8-10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years of Workfront experience
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Workfront features and functionalities
  • Experience with system administration tasks like user management, security settings, and data integrity
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot system issues
  • Ability to create clear documentation and training materials
  • Strong communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders from different backgrounds
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
