- Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of surface transportation operations, vendor management, vehicle types, capacity, and vendor base of all the lanes and types.
- Planning and optimize the available resources and maximize efficiency, reduce transportation costs, and improve delivery timelines, TAT for acknowledgement & vendor invoices.
- Provide support in resolving customer inquiries or issues related to surface transportation and deliveries.
- Regular reports on transportation performance, daily status report, PPT and other related data. Maintain accurate records to present or provide the same to customer and seniors whenever required.
- Collaborate with other departments, warehousing, sales, pricing and including vendors to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Maintain a good relationship with existing vendor, customer, teammates, and other department.
- Submit the quote to customer, pricing and sales team on time.
- Replying to customer, vendor, teammates, seniors and other department on time.
