The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition Operations will manage a team tasked to worked closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to improve the candidate experience, specifically focusing on interview scheduling and supporting a seamless onboarding experience for all new joiners. Providing an outstanding over-all recruitment experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new joiners is the absolute priority.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team in supporting the global Talent Acquisition function, focusing on processes related to interviews and onboarding. Provides coaching and mentoring to the said individuals.


  • Drives team performance by ensuring that service level agreement and turn- around times are met.


  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition in resolving issues/concerns that may arise in the various processes


  • Provides regular updates, status reports to Talent Acquisition COE. in order to dentify trends and areas of improvement to ensure optimal efficiency of service


  • Constantly looks for innovative ways of doing things – improving and simplifying systems, processes, and tools to increase efficiency.


Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operation, or other related fields with at least 3 years of demonstrated ability as People Manager.


  • University degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management or related field.


  • Organization skills and attention to detail are key attributes for this role


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Proactivity and ability to identify and solve potential issues before they advance.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


  • Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow or other HRIS and case management tools are needed.


  • Ability to work according to different time zones and calendars where needed.
