Purpose of Position:
The following profile outlines the key skills and competencies needed for this position. Key Responsibilities:
major customer delivery communications to ensure consistency and hold internal functions accountable.
To understand, evaluate and document the business needs and technical requirements of C&I customer solution.
Mix of pre-sales and business analysis and provides an important link between the customer and the business development and technical teams.
Regional business development, Direct Sales, Channel Sales.
Market sizing, sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Key Account development and management.
Manage end to end sales in the region right from prospecting up to payment up to collection.
Identify Channel Partner in the region and pass it on to Channel Manager .
Put systems in place to enhance sales through Channel Partners.
Ensuring customer's feedback (VoC) about their expectations for your products or services and Providing market inputs to backend team.
Enhance customer base and achieve challenging revenues in given geographical region.
Identify and actively search for new prospects/potential customers/Sales Partners, New market verticals/application across the region.
Make effective approach and presentations to target clients.
Build good relationship with senior management of the prospective clients and keep up the image of company in market.


Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will have.
Total Experience in years:  Minimum 5 Year
Graduation/ Degree:
Background and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have Domain (Preferred Industry).
Essential:
Experience leading and motivating a team
Tertiary qualification in Engineering .
Understand C&I Automation Solution.
Able to demonstrate thorough understanding of software development lifecycle models
Strong knowledge and understanding of both business and customer needs with the ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence.
Worked in a pre-sales or sales environment dealing with customers in a corporate environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with proven documentation skills
No restrictions to travel
