Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations in the production lines, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
- Assist in planning and scheduling production runs to meet customer demands and company targets.
- To establish , implement , review and improve standard work instructions of production operations in a timely manner
- To conduct morning meetings
- To manager human and material resources thereby meeting production targets.
- To ensure smooth production flow for on time market support.
- To adhere to the standard Quality parameters for the output.
- To improve the F2B yield% & Shift Utilization%
- To promote Team work among the team & enhancing skill development by job rotation & multiskilling processes
- Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- To ensure HSE processes , procedures, guidelines are strictly adhered by all shop floor employees.
- To liase with Maintenance team and internal departments for smooth production outputs
- To estimate production costs, manage production budgets and implement cost saving initiatives in production arena.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as production volume, downtime, and quality issues.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and cost.
Qualifications:- Degree in Textile Technology or Degree in any Engineering Discipline.
- 10 years of experience in Production Management
- Knowledge of ISO systems, energy management, OHSAS,EMS, certifications in internal auditing
- Six sigma green belt or black belt certification from reputed agency
