Purpose of the role :
Drive the People & Culture strategy to meet the needs of the business. To ensure every team member at OML feels engaged, heard and valued. To build an inclusive organization by fostering an environment that is fair, inclusive and that supports one another.
What you will do :
Create exceptional employee experiences through the employee lifecycle. Help new team members settle in and team members transition out smoothly.
Foster a sense of camaraderie and appreciation among employees by finding ways to celebrate and recognize our people and occasions important to OML.
Enable and encourage team members to focus on all round learning and upskilling. Supervise performance management programmes.
Maintain a strong connection with teams. Gather feedback at every stage of the team members’ lifecycle; use data and create dashboards to identify gaps and recommend appropriate interventions
Make all people policies and processes metric and purpose driven. Improve people team processes with the use of HR tech and automation.
Keep in line with the defined GPTW parameters and help build OMLs reputation through internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts while providing guidance and support to managers and employees on people related issues
Gather market intelligence by routinely investigating people trends and benchmarking best practices.
