About the team:
GL Controllership team is primarily responsible for Internal control over Financial reporting including design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting processes. The team is responsible for preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements as per IND-AS and Companies Act.
GL controllership team is based out of Gurgaon office and involved in various activities (but not limited to) like monthly book closure, Balance sheet reconciliation, Variance Analysis, control over COA and preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements and management reporting to Parent Group entity.

Responsibilities


  • Quarterly Financial Statement preparation as per IND-AS
  • Leading quarterly Statutory Audit with Big4.
  • Leading monthly management reporting to Group company.
  • Assessment of Ind-AS applicability and memo preparation (where applicable)
  • Preparation of monthly Free Cash Flow and presentation to finance controller.
  • Monthly Variance Analysis & Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
  • Working Capital Management and projection.
  • Preparation of FCF budget twice a year for submission to Management.
  • Payroll bookings and reconciliations.
  • Leading annual Tax audits with Big4.

Requirements


  • Qualified CA with a minimum experience of 3 years of post qualification in the field of accounting and statutory reporting as per IND-AS
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • Candidates who have experience of working with a listed company would be given preference.
  • Candidate with strong communication skills.
