Key Responsibilities
1.Carry out repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner.
2.Establish a Preventative Maintenance Program and regularly verify that it is applied and its effectiveness is measured.
3.Improve equipment reliability by increasing the mean time between failure (MTBF) while reducing the mean time to repair (MTTR).
4.Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns and trends to the management and support production team in achieving high OEE.
5. Responsible for deciding technical specifications for new capital or spare purchase & Spares Management. Also responsible for successful installation of Machineries in the plant.
Additional Responsibilities
Responsible for TPM in Plant, Adherence to Lean Standard.
Prepare technical upgrades for existing equipment
Able to prepare skill Matrix. Make the Maintenance team skills improve by on-the-job training sessions.
Responsible for conduction ISO 50001 Audit, Fire Audit, Energy Audit, Pneumatic Audits and other regular inspections needed to fulfill our legal compliances. Conform to the company HSE standards, Drives Safety culture in the plant.
Maintains list of equipment, Plant drawings, working procedures.
Manage equipment related projects, coordinate contractor activities

Professional Experience and Education
Graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Electonics, Mechanical)
7-8 years in Maintenance or Engineering in Plastics Processing Industry
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture
Specific skills and knowledge
Good Knowledge in Electrical, Drives & Hydraulic systems
Good Skill in communication
Adherence to HSE standards & policies
Good Knowledge in Excel
