Overview Job Overview: Ensure accurate timely processing and maintenance of salaries, records, claims and employee related documents Supporting the Manager in ensuring compliance related to applicable labor law related & statutory obligations Assisting the Manager in maintaining a positive IR environment in the company Responsibilities Accountrability: Ensuring compliance to various applicable laws Ensuring timely distribution of salaries, claims etc. to the plant employees Ensuring documentation and record keeping as per rules and statutory compliance Support in resolving labor issues Developing & directing employee welfare activities to build team spirit and sense of ownership Ensuring strict adherence to statutory laws Ensuring adequate, timely administrative/ personnel facilities are provided to the plant employees Implementing welfare activities successfully for greater employee involvement Learning continuously and upgrading own abilities Qualifications Qualifications: Education: MBA/ PGDBM/ MSW (HRM) Mandatory Qualifications. - Educational Qualifications: A degree or diploma in social work, labor welfare, personnel management, or industrial relations from a recognized university or institute. Some notifications may also specify degrees in disciplines related to sociology, psychology, or law. Work Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in labor welfare, personnel management, or a related field in an industrial or factory setting. Knowledge Requirements: Familiarity with labor laws such as the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) Act, and other welfare-related regulations. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Hindi (in Devanagari script) and working knowledge of English is often required. Age Limit: The candidate must fall within the age limit as prescribed by the UP government (generally between 21 to 40 years, with relaxation for reserved categories).
