• Conduct safety committee meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Conduct monthly safety training activities.
• Internal correspondence for all safety related issues.
• Ensure basic safety training for new recruits/casuals.
• Conduct safety training program for supervisors.
• Report and maintain report of all accidents for employees / sub-contractors / public persons and properties.
• Assist other line managers in ensuring safety on job sites.
• Assist in investigation of accidents/ incidents and distribute to all supervisors and upcountry’s for establish among the field employees.
• Monitor implementation of WWJSS.
• Analyze accident trends and monitor parameter against goals on monthly basis.
• Promote safety training on safe 2-wheeler driving for all 2-wheeler drives.
• Safety inspection on job to improve safety standards (WWJSS)
• Formulate safety training plan based on Safety Audits.
• To ensure disciplinary system.
• To conduct training on specific safety subjects for all levels of management & filed employees.
