The purpose of this position is to effectively implement QMS as per IATF requirements to meet Bosch objectives, plant vision & Q-Policy
Primary responsibility
Area: External & Internal Audits
Key activities: Ensure successful completion of audit programs for plant as per process landscape: IATF, PS/QMM1, internal and other external audits like customer audits, extended work bench
Key Result Areas / Indicators : Performance in internal & external audits (no. of nonconformity)
Area: Management Reviews
Key activities: Compile & Coordinate Q KPIs for Management reviews
Key Result Areas / Indicators: Plant IDC- internal target vs actual
Area: Q-Methods, Deployment & Plant Coordination
Key activities: Drive 8D, 14Q, PFMEA, LL, 4M, product liability, digital LPC & PFMEA moderation, as plant coordinator to achieve Q methods implementation
Key Result Areas / Indicators: Q tool maturity assessment scores as per respective MP KPIs
Area: Relocation projects & Line releases
Key activities: Moderating quality gates for parallel production use cases (relocation, outsourcing, in-sourcing, end of production etc.) for A & B category projects
Key Result Areas / Indicators: Plant targets
Area: Q - Initiatives
Key activities: Evaluation and support Q mindset drive (Poka-yoke campaign, HEP, FMEA Line walks and 14Q)
Key Result Areas / Indicators: Plant targets
Area: Maturity Assessments
Key activities: Coordinate for problem solving, and conduct 14 Q basics, process based specific maturity assessments and speed weeks
