Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Planning Specialist
What will you be doing?



Responsibilities


  • Convert Front Line’s (FL’s) demand plan to Supply Line’s (SL’s) delivery/manufacturing forecast.
  • Balance factory/supplier capacity can meet customer’s requirement.
  • Lead to achieve competitive supply lead time to customer.
  • Monitor daily order status to ensure workload balancing, coordinate and handle special delivery requests and delivery problems to ensure the delivery on time.
  • In action to provide long lead time material forecast
  • In actin to provide to provide monthly rolling forecast data.
  • In action to release new projection according to the S-plan (delivery milestones).
  • Daily fix planning template file.
  • Plan-change management.
  • Receives and processes delivery inquiries and orders from frontline
  • Coordinates with frontline to ensure the smooth process from order booking to manufacturing.
  • Coordinates with frontline to support planning to balance the manufacturing and delivery capacity.
  • Coordinates with frontline to support planning to delivery on time.

Are you the one?


  • Educational Qualification - B.E., (Mechanical)
  • SAP PP and SAP MM experience
  • Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience related to Master Schedule Planning, Production Schedule Planning and Production Process
  • Good Communication and Analytical Skills
  • Familiar with Advance Master Planning Techniques
  • Team Player & Collaborative between various Cross Functional teams
  • Concrete Production Scheduling & Capacity Balancing knowledge
