Business Descriptor:


We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join The Global Asset Management team.


Principal Responsibilities


·Leading and Managing 3 locations Delhi NCR, Rajasthan and Kanpur for Mutual Operations to ensure all work is completed within established service levels and reviews the same on regular basis.


·To guide team to ensure timely and error free reporting of transactions received at the Investor Service Centre. Daily managing TSM control mechanism and Daily check list review of locations.


·Supporting associates on daily basis to ensure accurate and timely responses are shared with investor, MFD etc and all requests are escalated as appropriate.


·Explore and process efficiency suggestions and contribute to achieve customer delight by supervising and managing risk as per regulatory requirement.


·Effective coordination with RTA to ensure minimal escalations.
