The Assistant Manager - Banquets is responsible in ensuring that the banquet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards. Experience in managing banqueting service will be an asset.
