What this job involves:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Customer Success team and Yardi for new customer setups.
- Coordinate with Corporate Team to set up new customers in Peoplesoft.
- Responsible for loading new contracts and projects on a weekly basis for new customers and expansion of existing customers.
- Responsible for requesting tax exemption forms and setting up tax exemption clients.
- Maintain an external supplier payment tracker and internal client invoice tracker; weekly reconciliation of both trackers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain Customer Tracker monthly to keep file up to date with new customers and all necessary billing information.
- Ensure and validate completeness of invoices uploaded into Peoplesoft system; escalate issues immediately.
- Facilitate and support disputes between Supplier Management Team and Suppliers and reconcile materials not received, incorrect shipments, credits and rebills.
- Responsible for the distribution of monthly account reports including summary balance statements and aging reports.
- Process exception handling for walk up orders and address adjustments.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure metrics are being met, identify early detection of client account payment risk and follow up and address aging issues with client account teams.
- Responsible for cash payment reconciliations, address short payments, reconcile unapplied payments, and work with client accounts to ensure full payments are received.
- Correspond with suppliers and respond to inquiries.
- Assist site team, client and vendors with A/P issues or questions as they arise .
- Troubleshoot invoice issues within Peoplesoft relating to taxes.
- Frequent meetings with Yardi supplier to resolve any invoice issues and questions.
- Maintain shared email box and distribute requests to the team accordingly.
- Support adhoc requests.

Requirements:
- Graduate Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
- 6-8 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
- Open to all shift timings.
