EXPERIENCE: 2 - 5 years in sales, preferably with UPVC products
COMPETITIVE SALARY: 7-9 LPA + variable + incentives
KNOWLEDGE: Strong understanding of uPVC profiles, competitor strategies, and market trends
WORKING DAYS: 6 days a week
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Travel for sales tours, client meetings, and dealer negotiations

Roles & Responsibilities:
Thorough understanding of the processes and sales of uPVC products.
Conduct district-level sales tours, client meetings, and dealer negotiations to expand the business.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the customer base.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
Stay updated on product pricing, competitor brands, and market developments.
Generate business leads and provide statistical data and reports as required by senior management.
