Under the direction of the Front Office Manager, and within the limits of Accor policies and procedures, to oversee and direct all aspects of front office operations. Responsible for supervision and co-ordination of Front Office, health and safety of staff and guests and for ensuring that all staff and guest issues are dealt with in an effective and timely manner. To act in the Front Office Manager’s interest and as his/her representative in their absence.
