Description and Requirements

Skillsets

Must have:-

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service industry.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
• Customer focused and result driven attitude.
• Past work experience with global teams across regions
• Collaborative skills to work with other teams within lenovo.
• Ownership

Should have:-

• Should be fluent in English communication both spoken & written.
• BOLD and Dynamic to work with customers across different regions and cultures
• Strong problem-solving and client facing skills
• Process oriented.
• Some MS Excel and Reporting
• Strong artistic skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Main Responsibilities

• Design Asset tag customized solutions on ThinkPad laptops, Think Centre desktops and ThinkServer hardware technology platforms.
• Work with cross functional teams - Pre Sales, Sales, Manufacturing and Fulfillment
• Work directly with clients to initiate the project engagement to obtain requirements; create test plans based on the project requirements
• Documenting all interactions with Customer/Sales in Lenovo tools.
• Work on multiple projects
• Guide customers on configuration services offerings
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while keeping quality of the work high as you will be working on several projects simultaneously.

Shift Timings

Should be open for Rotational Shift.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree

Total Experience

Min 3 years of IT services experience.
