"As an Asset Management – GFICC - Investment Specialist Tech Resource – Associate within the Investment Specialist team, you will be responsible for managing Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) portfolios, understanding business requirements around automation/efficiency projects, and liaising with multiple groups within JPMAM.

You will be expected to be well organized, focused on deadlines, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities and demands at short notice. you will be working closely with the Investment Specialist team to understand business requirements around possibility / scope of automation/ efficiency projects. 

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the process of updating, maintaining and improving client materials including pitch books and review material. This should lead to identifying gaps/ improving efficiency around workflows. 
• Gather requirement around existing automation pipeline and approach towards executing these projects.
• Liaise with JPMAM client service and reporting teams, and the technology team to streamline/automate/verify client data and reporting (standard/customized/ad hoc)
• Develop an understanding of the investment processes associated and will be expected to liaise with multiple groups within JPMAM

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

• At least 4 years’ experience with financial product analysis, marketing or client services
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including in English)
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills  
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and skilled in PowerPoint
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge required)
• Proficient in tech tools such as Python, Alteryx, Excel Macros, Intelligent Automation solutions, IA Hub, SQL, Tableau
• Ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilities and ad-hoc requests in a moderate to fast-paced environment; ability to learn and execute new tasks quickly and in real-time
