You have found the right team.Job Responsibilities:As an Associate in Fees and Billing Team you will be primarily responsible for: Ensure accurate and timely fees are charged to IPB clients. Perform fee set-ups, closures, calculations, and billing. Participate in discussions related to controls and responsible to implement multiple controls to ensure correct fees are charged to clients. Maintaining fee documents and procedures Producing MIS and trend analysis Coordinate changes for any client documentation. Address Front Office queries in a timely and accurate manner. Contribute during ideation to achieve capacity-related targets set for the year. Participate in testing efforts during projects and discussions.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fees and billing, or a solid understanding of fees and billing mechanisms Proven experience in query and stakeholder management Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft tools Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Consistently champions our "How We Do Business" culture, applying a preventative controls mindset to manage and mitigate risks Strong client focus and commitment to client satisfaction Proactive ownership of issues and deliverables, with a strong problem-solving approach Engages in practices that inform, empower, and enable team members to achieve their business goals effectivelyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Leverages data and digital skills to create new insights and deliver well-designed outcomes. Applies innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our operating processes. Knowledge of IA, AI, and LLM tools with the ability to analyze tool fitment will be preferred.
