Qualifications:
5-6+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment
Formal education in commercial arts/visual communication (preferred)
Strong expertise in graphic design, branding, typography, campaign development, and digital content creation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, and production management
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high creative standards
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage, mentor and lead the creativity and productivity of the cross-functional creative team for print, digital, social, video, web, and experiential assignments.
2. Present/oversee internal or external presentation of ideas/concepts.
3. Conceptualise, Supervise & Detail-out productions such as Photoshoots, Video shoots & Films.
4. Manage and Supervise Agency workflows and folder structures for the creative process
Tasks and Activities
Ideation & Execution
1. Ideate and develop fresh creative ideas and concepts to execute current briefs though compelling print, video and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
2. Analyse and stay abreast of trends and developments in brand/product segment, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape.
3. Ensure excellent production/implementation results of conceptualised task(s) by monitoring the execution quality of the developed ideas and concepts
Management & Supervision – Team and Projects
1. Maintain an agency calendar for all deliverables and coordination from the creative team.
2. Brief and allocate assignments to the creative team and/or freelancers connected to the agency
3. Manage project/assignment schedules, output, quality and delivery as per committed timelines.
4. Be up to date on the status of projects until final versions have been shared with the client
5. Maintain organised folder structures and rich media assets of agency and clients.
6. Supervise and maintain the agency workflows and back up schedules.
7. Review and approve deliverables developed by the team, ensuring that those deliverables effectively address goals and challenges of the brief.
