About the role:
As Nas.io's Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand's visual identity and online presence. Your primary responsibility is to create high-quality, engaging graphics for our social media channels, marketing materials, and overall brand aesthetics. You will work closely with the content and product team to ensure all visuals align with our brand's voice and message, maintaining a consistent and appealing look across all platforms.

 
Remote Art Director
 
As an Art Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our visual identity. You will develop compelling visual content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, copywriter, and graphic designer to craft visually compelling content that strengthens our brand and drives engagement. This role requires a blend of leadership and hands-on design expertise to develop high-impact ad campaigns.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for social media, ads, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  
• Lead creative development while maintaining brand consistency and design standards.
  
• Work closely with the Creative Director and copywriter to bring campaigns to life with cohesive storytelling.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the graphic designer, ensuring growth and skill development.
  
• Oversee design execution and approvals, ensuring assets align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategy with execution.
  
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 year of leadership experience.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and marketing campaigns.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
  
• Solid understanding of how design impacts engagement, conversions, and brand storytelling.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment while delivering high-quality work.
