The Job:


Responsible for all Service activities in the territory assigned. The role will be responsible for


  • Set the operating standards for the Authorized Service Centers, measure their performance against those standards and implement corrective/improvement actions to insure that all the Service Centers achieve their operating targets. 
  • Implementing, managing and tracking SBD‘s tool warranty policy to insure the proper standards of service and policy implementation are in place in order to provide the best warranty service in the most cost effective manner for our customers.
  • Manage, train and develop the Authorized Service center technicians in the proper inventory control/replenishment / Repair methods.
  • Insuring that all the Authorized Service Centers are equipped with relevant documentation and that each Service center has the proper equipment to achieve Dewalt’s repair standards.
  • Ensure Inventory visibility at the Authorized Service Centers
  • Willing to work with customers & retailers and initiate a promotion campaign to ensure Brand visibility.
