Your key responsibilities
- This is a Managerial position
- Will manage a team of 6 Sales Managers
- Will need to generate business of about 20 Cr per month through their Sales Manager team.
- Candidate must be able to read & understand financials of clients to close a LAP deal. Should be able to read & analyze balance sheets as well.
- ASM’s will also be required to hire their own team of Sales Managers
- ASM will report to Cluster Manager
Your skills and experience
- Experience range of 5yrs – 10 yrs relevant experience in the same geography as the job location only
- Must be a strong sales person with a well connects market reach
- Qualification – Graduate / MBA
- Age capping to max 35 years
- Candidate should have excellent communication in English and well groomed
