The position would be responsible for driving Sustainable Sales growth and Margins for Specialty Chemical sales in the Industrial water treatment business in the given geography / region.
Lead a team of Sales & Service members to achieve the required budgeted annual growth targets for Sales and margin.
Identify and build a strong opportunities pipeline and implement Effective sales Strategies to grow the Industrial solutions business portfolio in the given geography / region
Drive New technology and New product initiatives in the region / market to meet customer requirements and promote value based selling.
Develop & manage Distribution network partners and their growth plans pertaining to Solenis business.
Work towards promoting & establishing the Solenis brand in the market space through differentiated product , technology offerings & service capability.
Responsible for customer relationship management , Conducting Business reviews with Senior leadership of customers.
Responsible to develop strategies for business growth in the given geography / region.
Responsible for timely payment collections from the customers in the region & achieve DSO targets.
Responsible for preparation of Product and financial forecast.
Conduct monthly reviews with team and senior leadership to align on business priorities & delivarables.
Key Requirements :
Bachelors / Master’s in chemical, Environmental or Petrochemical engineering
Master / PHD in Science would also be considered with relevant years of industrial experience
MBA would be added advantage
Experience in Working on CRM Based tools like Salesforce would be plus.
Experience :
Relevant 10 -15 Years of Industrial Sales / Key Account Management Experience in the specialty chemical business of Industrial water treatment.
Knowledge of Engineering & Design of water treatment equipment’s would be added advantage.
