Key Responsibilities:
Profit Centre Leadership:
- Act as a Profit Centre Head for our Tractor Loan business, focusing on maximizing profitability while ensuring sustainable growth.
Business Experience:
- Demonstrate relevant core experience in handling end-to-end car business operations, particularly in the tractor loan sector.
Leadership Experience:
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar capacities or roles such as State Manager, Regional Manager, or Cluster Manager in the tractor loan industry.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with dealers, commercial vehicle brokers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in line with company norms and standards.
Team Management:
- Effectively lead and manage a team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve business objectives.
