• Lead and manage a team of BIM professionals, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct quality assessments and quality checks of project drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP) and specialist consultants to ensure seamless integration of all project elements.
• Attend client workshops to understand project requirements, providing expert guidance and recommendations when needed.
• Maintain and manage BIM 360 models, ensuring proper model sharing and data synchronization across all disciplines.
• Understand and manage the technical details, joineries, and material specifications related to architectural and interior design.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the BIM team, assisting with problem-solving and overcoming design and coordination challenges.
• Ensure compliance with general BIM standards and practices across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Delegate tasks effectively within the team to meet project goals and deadlines, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Streamline and automate workflows using BIM tools and software to increase efficiency and accuracy in project delivery.
• Manage project planning and deliverables, ensuring all client expectations are met and timelines are adhered to.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks or Revizto, ensuring that any conflicts are identified and resolved promptly.
• Develop and maintain models with data for COBie exports, ensuring that all relevant project information is accurately captured and ready for handover.

• Certification or training in BIM-related technologies or project management.
• Experience with large-scale or complex projects in architecture and interior design.
• Knowledge of additional BIM-related software or tools.

• Proven experience in leading a BIM team within architecture and interior design projects.
• In-depth understanding of technical details, joinery, and design elements.
• Strong experience with BIM software, including but not limited to BIM 360, Navisworks, Revit, and Revizto.
• Background in design consultancy, with a strong focus on architectural and interior design processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively and ensure the team stays on track to meet project deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve complex technical and design challenges.
• Familiarity with general BIM standards and industry best practices.
• Experience in automating workflows to improve project efficiency.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
• Experience in developing models with COBie data exports for facility management and project handover.
