Overview PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) PBNA has primary oversight of DevSecOps for Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP Workflow as an Architect. Additionally, the role will be responsible for all subsequent PBNA releases. Key to success in this role will be the ability to optimize the PepsiCo ways of working amongst many different stakeholder groups, drive clarity on roles and responsibilities in this new space. Responsibilities Main Purpose of the Role As part of PGT ( Pepsico Global Template) program in ROW Europe, we need a MDG techno- Functional team member. The role requires to act as point of contact for MDG Materials domain to handle DevOps functional production support along with enhancements. Additionally beneficial to cover up with business production issues related to Master data Business Partner. Coordinate with S4 Valuestreams as per master data objects to resolve and maintain consistency among MDG and S4 and even EWM. Additionally it shall cover to maintain consistency for Material and BP going to any interfaces to work across different teams and stakeholders. Accountabilities Support the MDG DevSecOps and SAP Workflows for ROW to support Business and Data Teams. Coordinate and manage SAP MDG Material, BP issues from MDG and variation in fields on MDG to S4 and other downstream systems. Deliver consolidated status on development, testing, training, hyper-care, etc. for MDG and SAP Workflow as change coordinator. Key point of contact for Europe Level 2 support and new scope enhancements for SAP MDG. Evaluate proposals to adopt new MDG capabilities and functionality and implement in system as SAP evolves. Assess impact, deliver changes, continuous improvements across projects that leverage MDG and SAP Workflows to ensure stability Work with Value Stream team members, System and Landscape Management teams, DMO and other PGT project teams to close gaps/improve ways of working across all DevSecOps deliverables Guide and coach junior resources in the team for SAP MDG and SAP Workflow. Provide input to drive DevSecOps approach, including automation where possible. Work/collaborate with external vendors, including in any locations. Work with other team members to share experiences and learnings. Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow ITSM process and tools, HPLM, SOLMAN, Azure DevOps, Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management for handling Operations effectively. Years of Experience 10+ years of total experience in SAP and atleast 5 years on SAP MDG design, development and support Qualifications Mandatory Technical Skills ( add) Experience in SAP Material and BP domain covering both Customer and Supplier within MDG. Experience in handling SAP Material master data fields, derivation, validations and even dependency of fields with S4 fields. Experience in functional knowledge and understanding of master data elements and processes in data domains for Material, Customer, Supplier and Finance. Mandatory Non-Technical Skills ( add) Ability to translate business requirements into SAP MDG and SAP Workflow dependencies and/or gaps. Strong communication to face business point of contacts and shall be able to understand business needs to gather requirements/issues and come with solutions.
