Overview Job Overview: To manage the non-SAP WMS Enterprise Solutions deployed across our international markets, ensuring service availability and efficacy. This role will be the end-to-end IT centre of excellence for all markets who adopt our AWMS template. Initially the focus will be on assuring AWMS service continuity, owning the governance for the end to end service, prioritising change requests, problem management, and assuring the overall quality of service to the stakeholders & users. As the service grows, this role would eventually lead a team (Service Analyst(s)) supporting multiple markets, but for now the role is standalone and will partner with vendors and PepsiCo IT teams to deliver the end to end support. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Own E2E sustain for all markets adopting AWMS (currently West Balkans, Iberia and Ukraine: ~10 warehouse sites – expansion across more markets & sites expected to generate growth within the same team). Lead service management for the end-to-end AWMS globally, serving as the focal point for the work intake prioritization process for the functional area (AWMS). Manage Transition to Sustain (T2S) process for key superusers in each site, as new sites and markets onboard onto AWMS template. Incident management: serves as the escalation point for critical incidents for the functional area (AWMS). Problem management: drives problem resolution with vendors and PepsiCo IT teams. Continuous improvement: promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction by working with stakeholders globally; explore opportunities to retrofit template improvements to legacy markets; develop service improvement plans for all markets, including all extant non-critical issue resolutions. Build functional Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for critical Business Importance Level (BIL) 1 Supply Chain WMS (and other related, integrated Warehouse Automation capabilities). Stakeholder influencing and management: inspire trust, understand business need, manage expectations, and liaise with the Global / Sector Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), as well as acting as an IT point of escalation for markets that have deployed AWMS; assures effective engagement with key customer groups and leverages leadership skills to deliver through a team of SMEs and managed service partners. Change management: own overall global change management pipeline for AWMS, identifying, overseeing, prioritizing and accepting all change requests received from the markets; developing user stories from features for the team to deliver. Represents Supply Chain, both internally and externally, managing the backlog and making sure that the E2E team understands business needs & preferences. Vendor management: lead vendor governance reviews to address demand management, performance management (SLA), and contract management. Manages key vendor relationships to deliver excellent service and deliver productivity improvements. Leadership: as the AWMS capability & LEA platform are deployed to more markets, lead new team members to maintain and improve the end to end service. Qualifications Qualifications: Breadth and depth (10+ years) of demonstrable technical delivery experience, collaborating across-functions as well as managing vendors to deliver to required business outcomes. DevSecOps / Scrum master / project management experience (ideally SAFe certified). Experience in technical problem-solving: should be able to interrogate / interpret application / server logs (Linux experience preferred), network connectivity. Service management experience using ServiceNow, and strong knowledge of PepsiCo IT processes, particularly Service Management (incident / problem / change management and escalation). Vendor / supplier management. Autonomous self-starter – not afraid to get stuck in to the detail (technical or functional) to get things moving and drive delivery or problem-solving when required. Should be able to interrogate / interpret application logs (Linux experience preferred), network connectivity. Flexibility to adapt to the demands of the moment – self-reliance. Demonstrable capability of building trust across different cultures, ability to manage challenging stakeholders. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential: the ability to develop relationships of trust will be key to success. Ideal: FMCG Supply Chain experience, familiarity with WMS applications, SaaS integration, and knowledge of core warehousing processes, with PepsiCo Supply Chain business process & systems expertise. Depth of knowledge, understanding and expertise in warehouse management business and data processes is desirable but can be developed in the role.
