Job Purpose:
FAB, the UAE’s largest bank and one of the world’s largest and safest institutions, offers an extensive range of tailor-made financial solutions, products and services. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi the bank’s international network spans five continents.
Core banking is one of the integral parts of this landscape of application, wherein the development changes are to be managed with in-house management capability. The role should have full knowledge of T24 and capability to understand needs of business and define Solution design, handle Interface flow and prepare design document on customizations in T24 Core banking to meet Functional requirements.
You will need exceptionally strong technical skills, strong business acumen, analytical skills, and be able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

- Lead or contribute to multiple simultaneous product development efforts and/or technology initiatives.
- Compliance with company policies, risk and procedures for ops efficiency.
Job Context:
- Ensure 100% compliance to standards / principles set by Bank / Enterprise Architect in solution design
- Deliver high quality architecture and design ensuring 100% completeness of solution
- Perform effective design reviews to ensure that no gaps are created in design
- Design sustainable and high performing solution that are scalable across Bank’s international locations
- Standardization of Bank’s Architecture, Design, Processes and Reporting for Enterprise wide functions across UAE and International locations
- Bank’s regulatory adherence & compliance from an Architectural and Design Solution perspective
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Temenos T24 CORE product offerings with 10+ years of experience and clear understanding on functionalities
- Expert knowledge in reliability, performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Experience
- Experience in designing and development of L3 Changes relating to T24
- Adopting to T24 CORE solutions for business requirements through configurations wherever feasible avoiding local changes
- Experience in business interaction and translating business requirements to T24 functional & technical design
- Exposure in translating the technical design to coding and delivery of the requirements
- Support testing teams and ensure all defects are fixed and promoting a clean certified code to production
- Should be a very good team player in the entire SDLC
