Overview Intelligent Automation Platform Infra and Sustain lead is a Techno functional position with great skills in RPA (UiPath), Incident and Infra Management. Position Requires high degree of Communication skills. Infra Architecture, Platform Engineering, Operation and Support. This role will be responsible for Platform enhancements and upgrades, Day 2 Sustain of Bots, Onboarding new projects to IA platforms and manage governance. Responsibilities Leading teams to maintain the Process Automation platform with high availability. Responsible for addressing all the sector infra and platform requirements to onboard new requests. Provide leadership for Dat 2 sustain activities of RPA Bots. Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance in building the globally scalable process automation platform. Establish the data governance and access controls as per enterprise standards. Experienced with agile development methodology (i.e. SAFe Agile) Resolving issues that might come up during platform maintenance and sustain. Reviews high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems Provide weekly status of platform health and own key operational metrics. Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a change control process. Coordinate with process owners and business to build actionable insights to improve the platform. Work with the business/technical/program lead and team to implement the roadmap Qualifications 8+ years of overall experience with minimum of 3+ year end to end UiPath platform experience preferably in CPG/Retail, Supply chain domain. 4+ year of experience managing and leading team of developers and process analysts Good understanding of various automation components and features available in Robotics Products and hand-on experience on UiPath or similar industry leading RPA Platforms Understands RPA development methodology and lifecycle Conversant with Cloud technologies (preferable MS Azure cloud and Azure DevOps) Experience working in Waterfall and Agile environments Robotic Process Automation experience require, exposure to ML and Cognitive is highly desirable Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks
