Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in architecture, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray. The role involves design development, client interactions, and project coordination to ensure high-quality architectural solutions.

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
  
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
  
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility.
  
• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee project execution and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  
• Provide technical guidance on materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design principles.
  
• Handle client queries and offer professional guidance to meet their architectural needs.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and construction methods to enhance design efficiency.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
  
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in architectural design and project handling.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray for 2D and 3D architectural modeling.
  
• Strong customer handling and communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
  
• Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high design standards.
  
• Own laptop is mandatory for design and drafting work.
  

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in India.
  
• Experience in residential, commercial, or interior design projects is an advantage.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address design challenges.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
