Apps Dev Tech Sr Lead Analyst - C14 - PUNE

Qualifications:

• Experience with Data Quality Rules, its lifecycle and DQ engine application of the large-scale financial data set is preferred
• Deep understanding of data governance frameworks and metadata management tools.
• Must have deep skills in taking developing best in class products, detective and preventive controls
• Deep functional and technical experience in Capital Markets Technology across Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Risk & Finance.
• Experience with financial products, mostly Capital Markets & Investment Banking, Payments and Custody.
• Expertise with Data Reconciliations & Control infrastructure required
• Experience related to Data Quality & analytics, data quality framework design and implementation
• Proficiency in building scalable data pipelines and ensuring data lineage.
• Candidate is expected to have experience with the following tools and technologies:

  Expertise in distributed systems like Hadoop, Hive, and Spark for managing and processing big data.

  
  

  Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Scala, or Java for AI/ML integration.

  
  

  Java or Hadoop, Spark/Scala, strong skills and hands-on with relational SQL and NoSQL databases(Oracle, MongoDB) & Big Data querying tools e.g. Hive and Impala

  
  

  Advanced knowledge of data quality metrics and profiling tools tailored for large-scale datasets.

  
  

  Knowledge in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn for intelligent analytics will be added advantage

  
  

  Messaging and Middleware Kafka

  
  

  Experience with Java (OOP, Multithreading, Concurrency, Data structures etc.))

  
  

  Experience with Business Reporting and Intelligence Tools such as Tableau

  
  

  Experience with UI technologies, design, Rules Engines, Search technology(Angular, NodeJS etc.)

  
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (in science, computers, information technology or engineering)
• Master’s degree preferred.

Candidate should be willing to work late in the evening India time on need basis in order to interact with US/other global teams
