• On site daily training meeting to the workers in the form of TBT to ensure to meet the quality standards and it's requirements by minimizing observations. 
• As per approved QA QC plan the civil material test to be conducted at NABL accredited lab  in presence of  client  to ensure that tested material meets  IS Standards 
• Regular cube test, brick test, aggregate tests, brick tests tec will be held on site civil QA Lab on daily basis with witnessing of client by maintaining proper registers, records, checklists as per FQP.  
•  Audit session to be conducted every month regarding civil QA documents in lab in presence of client and contractor.
