1 Meet and Greet
This Module will help in understanding the basics of the fron office
operations , its also includes the teachings on meet and greet, the
correct way and Dos and Donts.
2 Coordinating with the FM team
This module will be used to help candidates gain knowledge on the
different things to be coordinated with the site FM team to get a
service done or something to be ordered,. This is intrigal part of
the job description , as the position is responsible to coordinate
various aspects from various departments to run the office
effectively
3 Responsibility of FOE
This Module helps the candidate know about the various
responsibilities of the FOE, this includes but not limited to Greeting
Visitors, Badging of Visitors , visitor access , maintain calender for
appointment and also make travel plans
4 Specialised Occations
This module helps to understand various special occations where
ceremonies are conducted within the office premises, thes are
mostly coordinated by the Front office Executive, hence important
to know the various activities which comes under this activity
5 Ownership driven mentality
This module teaches us to take responsibility for our role and
deliverables and its impact to the organization
6 Client
This module helps us to learn one of the Key aspect of the
Organization , Importance of our client. This module deals with
various simulations in terms of how to deal with clients in a specific
situation , how we should view our Client and to enhance the
client experience at the site level
7 Security and Visitor process
Each organization has its own security and Visitor protocol , these
are basis various processes of the organnization, this module helps
us to understand the Security and Visitor protocol for the
organization.
8 Work place culture
Work Place culture is a strong essence for any organization , it is
core to all activities in an organization , and all activities revolve
around these. This icludes new Employee onboarding, employee
retention, engagement and Talent . The organizations culture also
reflects the over all organization strategy. in this module we will
learn of the Client Work place culture and help getting aligned to it
9 Communications
Basics of Grammer , fluency and written english, Telephone
ettiquettes , how to deal with a difficult client,
10 MS - Excel Basics of MS - Excel , Formatting , Data Presentation
