Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce & Certinia Admin to join our OWG Tech department. The ideal candidate will be responsible forsolution-based processes within Certinia PS Cloud and ERP Cloud. The role will have a specific focus on Certinia processes relating to, but not limitedto Accounts, Currencies, Expenses, Invoices and Revenue where data is sent to and received from other systems. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Management:
Administer, support and maintain the processes and data schema within the Certiniaapplications.
Leveraging Certinia where it processes data such asAccounts, Currencies, Expenses, Invoices and Revenue modules with external downstream systems.
Ensure data integrity within Certinia and support the Data Architecture team with the synchronisation between systems
Technical expertise:
Support and maintainthe Salesforce and Certinia data schema and processes
Configure the Salesforce and Certinia applications to meet business needs
Develop and maintain integration mappings &workflows in conjunction with the Data Architecture team
Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues where it impacts integration promptly
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing solutions and processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance integration performance and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Certiniadevelopments and best practices.
Participate in training and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Experience:
Qualification or degree in Computer Scienceor a related field.
Minimum5+years' experiencewith the Salesforce platform
Minimum 2-3 years' experience with Certinia applications
Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Previous involvement in projects requiring complex data integration and synchronisation.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce/Certinia.
Demonstrated capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions
Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Azure DevOps.
