Application Transition Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

This is a CLIENT-FACING, Application Transition Analyst role. To be a successful candidate you must have the following skills and experience:

• Must understand ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management) processes and optimally have ITIL certification.
• Well versed in documentation skills, including runbook creation, process mapping, and known-error list development.
• Previous hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, Jira and Confluence.
• Must be able to perform gap analysis to facilitate a successful transition of applications and have a strong grasp on the process to change out applications.

Service Delivery Analyst (Offshore/India – Works US hours)

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Application Analysts:

• Provide detailed specifications to one or more developers and act as the integration point for testing and QA of the submitted modules.
• Develop coding specifically when it comes to integration, middleware and presentation layers to the user.
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs.
• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
• Research and recommend hardware and software development, purchase, and use.

Minimum Skill / Education Requirements

• 5 years in level and role
• 7 years minimum overall experience
