About the team

Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.

What you will be doing

• Provide level 1 and level 2 support for client-facing systems and applications including
• Proficient in infrastructure architecture of large-scale, automated environments
• Responsible for participating in the architecture design of the solution then executing the strategy set by architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement through innovation and change.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis while working in a diverse technology environment

What you bring

• Candidate should have more than 5 years of experience in handling Banking and payments applications monitoring / L1 functions.
• Candidate should have knowledge in handling any of the monitoring tools such as ELK, SolarWinds, Zabbix, splunk, Dynatrace etc.,
• Candidate should have handled a team which does Banking applications monitoring or Level 1 resolutions
• Candidate should have basic knowledge in both windows and Linux operating systems
• Candidate should have basic knowledge in Java and Python which can be connected to MySQL databases using the mysql-connector-python library, and should know to execute SQL commands.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
