Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems. - Develop and implement software solutions to enhance system performance. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of network protocols and storage technologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues. - Knowledge of system monitoring and performance optimization. - Hands-on experience with system configuration and maintenance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
