Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management and ensuring customer service operations are running smoothly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure customer service operations are running smoothly and provide excellent customer service to end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with customer service operations.
- Strong understanding of technical support processes and procedures.
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful technical solutions.
