Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Your expertise in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls will be essential in maintaining the security and integrity of our systems. Join our team in Noida and contribute to the success of our organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of critical business systems. - Investigate and diagnose software problems, providing timely resolutions. - Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application performance and stability. - Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions to stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application support services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. - Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
