We are looking for: Application Support Engineer


You’ll make a difference by:


  • This role is for Supporting Enterprise Level B2B application developed in multiple technologies in Client Server environment.
  • : Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users or monitoring systems.
  • : Provide technical support to users and assistance with application functionality.
  • : Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability, conducting regular maintenance and updates.
  • : Create and maintain documentation such as knowledge base articles, user guides, and operational procedures.
  • : Work closely with development teams, database administrators, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless application integration and performance.
  • : Participate in testing new features and functionalities before deployment to ensure they meet user needs and quality standards.
  • : Manage incidents and problems according to ITIL best practices, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
  • : Facilitate the deployment of application updates and configuration changes.
  • : Analyze application performance data and usage statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • : Collect feedback from users to identify enhancements

You’ll win us over by:


  • Proficiency in Shell script, PowerShell, Basic knowledge of DevOps tools, Jenkins and familiarity with Oracle databases.
  • Good understanding and experience of Certificate Management.
  • Understanding of Windows, Linux operating systems and their configurations.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and tools for diagnosing infra issues like connectivity, authentication, firewall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for user support and documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
  • Participate in rolling on call duty support for entire services.
