Our job in JLL Technologies Team is to be brave and accelerate the impact of digital transformation by partnering closely with our business units, we prototype ideas, test them in the real business scenarios, and quickly adapt the solution. Combining data science, human-centred design, and the latest rapid development techniques—such as agile, front-end, back-end and DevOps—we help deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses. 


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for providing basic front-end and back-end application support to JLLT Engineering project.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Following and documenting standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Ability to write code in JavaScript; NodeJS and React.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and troubleshoot data issues.
  • Perform the technical triage on tech issues using the Azure Data Factory.
  • Willing to work in shifts and stretch when needed to ensure support coverage.
  • Managing day-to-day operational activities
  • Perform Daily Health Checks
  • Drive RCAs and provide solutions as appropriate.
  • Work with Support teams by raising SRs.
  • Creation of Users, Tables, Sequences, Indexes, Packages, Procedures, Functions and Triggers.
  • Granting appropriate privileges and roles to users.

Experience & Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2 + years of application support experience in Incident Management, Access Management
  • Experience in JavaScript is essential, and you'll be working with it extensively along Typescript.
  • Knowledge of NodeJs framework for back-end and React framework for front-end.
  • Understanding and experience in working with RESTful APIs to fetch and manipulate data from the backend.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing tools like ADO Boards, Jira, Zendesk, Service Now etc.
  • Experience in supporting digital projects in Cloud Platforms.
  • Experience in tech application support, monitoring of application performances and availability.
  • Performing SQL activities; creating and monitoring SQL jobs, check overlapping jobs.
  • Experience in database monitoring; backup and recovery plans.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem resolution, root cause analysis, bottlenecks elimination.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ ITIL process and Cloud Services.
  • Sound knowledge of Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Database, SQL queries/SQL analytics.
