Summary: As an Application Support Engineer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems related to Oracle Procurement Cloud. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support for Oracle Procurement Cloud and related applications.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the application and its integrations with other systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
4. Provide end-user support and training on the application and related processes. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Must To Have Skills: 2+ years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
2. Good To Have Skills: Experience in other Oracle Cloud modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, or Human Capital Management.
3. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Pay processes.
4. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle Procurement Cloud.
5. Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: 1. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
2. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
3. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.Minimum 15 years of fulltime qualification
