Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, debugging, and providing technical support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for multiple components of critical business systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java, SQL, and Unix. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.Minimum 15 years of Educational qualification
