Role – Lead Application Management Specialist

We are already providing IT services and support to Alfa Laval companies around the world, and we are now expanding our operations to meet future demands.
Alfa Laval has invested in a ‘Global IT Delivery Centre’ in Pune with the vision to expand and deliver IT services as an extension to our global teams located in Sweden, Denmark and the USA. We focus on cost-effective solutions and improved performance to create a unique Alfa Laval experience! Who are we looking for
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Application Management Specialist to join our Global IT Delivery Centre. As we continue expanding our operations to meet future demands, this role will be crucial in leading the application support function and ensuring smooth service delivery. If you are passionate about IT, application management, and possess strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, we would love to have you on our team.
You will be working with applications critical to our global operations, collaborating closely with teams in Sweden and Poland. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a service mindset, eager to contribute to the success of Alfa Laval.
Who are You
You are a person with a strong sense of ownership, leadership capabilities, and a deep technical understanding of application management. You’re able to guide a team, resolve complex technical issues, and provide seamless support across different platforms and environments.
You enjoy collaborating with global teams, have a knack for troubleshooting, and are comfortable leading efforts that span multiple time zones. Your approach is customer-oriented, and you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where problem-solving and service excellence are key to success.

What we expect:
Work Location; Pune
Working time: CET Shift – 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM
Working Days: 5 days a week (3days WFO, 2 days WFH)
