Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Global Trade Services and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Global Trade Services applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to data privacy and security. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SAP Global Trade Services, incorporating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience with SAP Global Trade Services. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules, such as SAP Materials Management (MM) or SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. - Good To Have Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP Global Trade Services projects. - This position is based at our Chennai office.15 Years of full time Education
