Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with AWS Glue and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using AWS Glue. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including working with architects, developers, and business analysts. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure that applications are designed and built to meet business requirements, adhering to best practices and standards. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience with AWS Glue. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and EC2. - Experience leading the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business analysts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in AWS Glue. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.Graduate
