Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design innovative and scalable solutions to meet business needs. - Oversee the development and implementation of applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Backup and Recovery Systems. - Strong understanding of application design and architecture. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++. - Familiarity with database management systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Backup and Recovery Systems. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
