Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design solutions. - Oversee the development process and ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Provide support and guidance to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js, Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
